Personal Interest: Spear-fishing (Nothing beats the thrill of snorkel, mask, fins, and a fish at the end of a three-pronged spear). Grilling (The process of grilling, listening to Pacific Island music, and slowly nursing a cold beer is my weekend escape) this is a given for us from Hawaii, but I add reading.
